See Windows 8 Remotely Opened Files

If you’re a server Admin or even an active security freak like me, you’re always wondering who or if anyone has remotely and successfully logged in to your computer but more importantly… Did they open or access anything you need to be worried about?

After playing with Windows 8 for a bit, I found a great new Command that can be used in an Administrative Command Prompt, I even made Step-by-Step instructions using another new tool from Windows 8.

So what are you waiting for? Download the Howto See Remote Files Accessed in Windows 8 (Right-Click & Save Link or Target AS)

*You must download, viewing via Web will NOT work. Open in IE for best performance).
